Debbie Poe is awesome!!
So I'm not one to give many bad reviews. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. But Debbie Vier of West KY Realty handled the rental we were living in very unprofessionaly. The landlord decided to sell the house which we understand. We were given the typical 30 days to find a new home. Debbie was asked to give us 24 hour notice any time she was bringing clients or inspectors, or appraisers to the house. Not one time did that ever happen. Communication was poor.
