I can't say enough good things about Dr. West-ky and his office staff. Dr. West-Ky takes his time and explains, listens and advices with compassion and clarity. The office staff follows-up with the messages sent thru the portal as well as the calls; they will always do their best to handle requests quickly. Looking thru the negative reviews I cannot agree with the comments. The worst service ever. I have been going to this doctors office for the past 20years. I am appalled at the behavior and attitude with NP Elena Diaz, in the middle of our visit she told me " I am done", go find a GI doctors because what she is advising me to do I am telling her is not working I've been doing this and its not working. She ended the visit in less than 5 minutes after continuously shouting at me !!! I called to speak with office manager, awaiting her response. 15 years later and still the best! Dr. Abrams and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and have great attention to details. Recommend.
