The worst service ever. I have been going to this doctors office for the past 20years. I am appalled at the behavior and attitude with NP Elena Diaz, in the middle of our visit she told me " I am done", go find a GI doctors because what she is advising me to do I am telling her is not working I've been doing this and its not working. She ended the visit in less than 5 minutes after continuously shouting at me !!! I called to speak with office manager, awaiting her response. 15 years later and still the best! Dr. Abrams and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and have great attention to details. Recommend.
If I could give you a zero, I would. I was a patient there they prescribed certain medications that I did not think were best for me and since I disagreed with the entire treatment plan, I was discharged and threatened that they will call my insurance company and tell them I was being noncompliant. I was not notified that I was no longer a patient This went on for three years. Excellent doctor. Dr. Abrams has an excellent bedside manner and explains everything very well. I never feel rushed and makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
