Very disappointed in this realtor. We called this realtor to receive a code to look at a home on a Sunday, fell in love with the home and location. When we had out realtor contact her to let her know we'd be sending an offer in she informed my realtor that she already had a verbal offer from a potential buyer she showed the house to earlier in the week (nothing in writing) and she was sorry she did not mention that during the initial call.
