I don't write reviews... and maybe what I experienced is normal or common practice but I really don't think it was right. I've been a patient here for a couple of years with doctor Chirino. When I got pregnant last year with my first baby, they are the first place I called to come in and confirm my pregnancy. We realized they were not going to be on board with a natural pregnancy, which is what I wanted. And so we stopped going and gave birth with a midwife instead. This clinic is all about money. The staff at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional—they even push their responsibilities onto the patients. I was literally pointed at with a finger and told to go get the prescription myself from the doctor. I was shocked. Totally unacceptable. On top of that, they speak English not well, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated.
