The night before moving Jeff Phillips (Manager) called her and said he had given her apartment to another person. Her current apartment has been rented. We are trying to find a living arrangement to keep her from being homeless. Jeff Phillips is a lying terrible man. So many horrible stories about this complex. A resident named Alex has been threatening the life’s of other residences for the last 2 years. He claims to have a machete that he will use to cut off heads. He brags about cutting tires of residents. He travels all over the complex late at night with a blanket over his head beating on windows and doors. Deliberately causing terror and fear.
