Vending machine never gets refilled. The office lady is rude. But there is nice elderly.

I don’t know where to start with this review, this so much to talk about and not in a good way I wish I could give this a HUGE NEGATIVE review! As a senior home you would think that there would be extra staff on hand on the weekends and weekdays with extra keys to all the rooms, apparently not. This facility has seniors who need help with oxygen and etc. Here is our story: On Friday night sometime that night my grandmother had fallen hard where she broke her hip and femur, for three days no one checked up on her. I live in this facility and have found that people with disabilities may find it difficult to navigate and enjoy the complex. There is little accessible parking and entry for people with mobility issues can only be easily accomplished through the front or back lobby area. The staff is not considerate of mobility issues, and requests for accommodations may be ignored.
