My insurance company was billed by Dr. Prince office for a single shot in each of my knees / Meniscus by the office medical assistant for the amount of $490.00, that is outrages. A Doctor that bills that much for such a minor procedure is not to be trusted for reasonable billing for a serious procedure. A Doctor wasn't involved, just an assistant. My husband had surgery on ankle with dr . Jonathan R . Faux . He has not been the problem . It’s the billing dept , this occurred on March 27 , 2025 , it is now July 21 st almost 4 mos later ! Have been dealing with them and ins , I was told bye a lady on phone that I was about to be turned into collections , when all I’ve been doing is working with ins and revere health the whole time ! My adult daughter had foot surgery done by Dr. Faux. The night after she came to my home for my wife and me to care for during her recovery period, she was in horrible pain -- she said 9 out of 10. We called the number that Dr. Faux gave us to report this and ask that he prescribe more or stronger pain meds for our daughter. We NEVER heard back from Dr. Faux, his staff, or his colleagues. A woman from Dr Staheli's office left a msg stating another physician had provided them our information and we needed to call them back to make an apt. Unaware of a referral, a family member called Dr Staheli's office to learn more. Family member was hesitant to provide a birthdate to identify them as Dr Staheli's office called us. We recently went to the Rock run facility in Farr West. We were very disappointed in the care, or lack of care we received while there. We asked to see our NP that we normally seen in Roy, but was unable too so we agree to see someone else. She was very rude to us, she was not professional at all. When she couldnt, or wouldnt help us, or even talk to us, let alone check us out routinely, she turned around and walked out. Terrible experience with this doctor! Probably one of the worst I've had and I'm old! He was extremely rude and judgmental, took no time to talk with me and was absolutely no help at all!!

Dr Frazier insisted in operating on my broken finger. Now I t looks more crooked than before surgery. Not happy with the results.

I waited a whole month for an appointment. Then the doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me and didn't provide any information I didn't already know. No tests were suggested, and he didn't ask about background history, diet, daily habits, etc. A primary care doctor who didn't specialize in this field spent more time trying to understand my unique situation than this doctor. My insurance was then charged for a full hour appointment. The reception desk was very friendly, and I got into my appointment quite quickly.
