UPDATE: so the number ihc listed below isn’t really the place to take the review . It’s just a middle aged woman in the middle directing you to call somewhere else. So I did. And left a message. And received a call back the next day. That second woman had no idea what the complaint was. I asked if she read this review and she hadn’t done any prep to help her be a better agent and representative. Feels like Minorities aren’t welcomed here. Every time I come here there’s a problem in the family medicine side. How can you work in a facility and hate people from different backgrounds. They seriously need to hire new receptionists
I went in after 2 weeks of being incredibly sick with a sinus infection, ears & throat pain, and congestion. The PA didn’t really give me the time of day, and almost acted like I was just out to get antibiotics and gave me a steroid. A few days later, my entire face was swollen, the infection had spread to my eyes. I had never had that bad of an infection in my life. I called connect care and got the BEST DOCTOR EVER!
