My wife had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Boud for 2 months only for the clinic to call and cancel her appointment the night before with no option to reschedule. I’m glad that they wasted our time and didn’t even bother to refer her to another doctor. Don’t waste your time trying to see Dr. Boud because his clinic clearly doesn’t care about their patients.
I am super mad. My friend recommended me here to see Dr Boud, I made an appointment in November, the soonest available was January 22nd. So I waited 2 months to be seen by him and the night before I get a call from the office saying I can’t be seen by him because I have never been seen by him before and they canceled my appointment. I’m not a patient here but a family of a loved one that comes here. Me and my husband have POA and ROI for his mother who has Alzheimer’s and dementia. We have recently as of Sept 17, 2024 requested information “release of information” from this office, it’s now November 14th. We have gotten push backs from the records department even after filling a request. Stating that the ROI is only good for that “one day” and now they need proof of POA.
