Feels like Minorities aren’t welcomed here. Every time I come here there’s a problem in the family medicine side. How can you work in a facility and hate people from different backgrounds. They seriously need to hire new receptionists
I went in after 2 weeks of being incredibly sick with a sinus infection, ears & throat pain, and congestion. The PA didn’t really give me the time of day, and almost acted like I was just out to get antibiotics and gave me a steroid. A few days later, my entire face was swollen, the infection had spread to my eyes. I had never had that bad of an infection in my life. I called connect care and got the BEST DOCTOR EVER! What have given a better review star number?But the automated system that you have to go through in order to speak to a human being is absolutely ridiculous.Especially if you're a new customer who doesn't know what information they're supposed to give to talk to somebody.You guys need to get off the A.I horse and have human beings.Answer the phone like normal people
