Absolutely do not hire this man. He was the probate attorney on my mom's estate. He actually "forgot" to file the probate so it had to be re-filed, delaying settlement another 120 days. He didn't notify me of the error. He notified my brother only. My brother and I were both PRs on the estate. I found out later that my brother was providing Jock with free Spectrum services at Jock's personal residence. He also encouraged my brother to change the locks on the estate.
