Like others leaving reviews I received a bill MONTHS after my procedure, couldn’t complete the payment online because their website was broken, and called multiple times to pay it and they never called me back. I just received a collections notice. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never seen a medical provider try so hard to not get paid.
Hopefully next time I give birth I’ll be able to hold off and tell the hospital to not use any doctors from this facility, I have a $4000 bill I have been trying to discuss since it was wrongly submitted to my insurance, I’ve called 6 times left multiple messages and emails with no answer and now the mailbox is full. What kind of business is this?
Terrible customer service. Received a bill, called to get an explanation and left a message twice. No return call and now I’m in collections. Not sure how a “business” operates this way.
Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I have called SEVERAL times a day for weeks now, left messages as well as emailed and have gotten no response. I received a bill that is completely wrong and not mine yet it is being turned into collections and there is no one in the office to speak to. If you have to use for any medical reasons please find another!!!!
Unethical billing practice. They surprised me with a $147 bill that I thought it was already settled 2 years after the date of service date. Despite how many times I have told the billing office that the insurance company asked me to tell them to resubmit with a right billing code so that they can pay them correctly and the insurance cannot change it on their behalf - but they did nothing about it obviously.
