I would give less I wasn’t even seen. The internet will give you the wrong address. It’s an automated system when you call so God forbid you want to reach somebody. Then they offer to do an annual visit without going over anything new when I was a new patient. Everything was gonna be new so basically they’ll treat you like a number and take your money, but don’t expect actual care.
The check in staff are decent although I listened to a whole discussion about how they aren't babysitters for patients who aren't wearing masks and about how expecting them to monitor the waiting room is a ridiculous expectation. I get everyone has frustrations with their job but maybe don't express them so loud all the patients in the waiting room can hear.
