Always a very pleasant environment with knowledgeable staff and doctors… especially Dr. Acosta … very patient and listens intently to address any concerns or questions my husband and I may have regarding our health. When test are required the facilities at both NOLA East and West Bank are clean and staff is friendly and courteous. Great experiences all around!

My last experience was actually a phone visit which I really like having as an option. But I like having West Jeff as my medical center, comparing it to the Walmart of healthcare. I have arranged for all my doctors to be there, as much as is possible for the convenience. Covered, free parking is awesome and there is a cute little cafe that has really good food! Perfect for the times you have to fast for something!! So I would totally recommend it!
