My father was in incredibly great pain. ER here made him wait for FOUR HOURS. And then when they checked him in, found out he had complications from his old surgery. Without sharing details, the nurses did not do a procedure correctly even though he spoke up about it MANY TIMES that something was wrong, they all left the hospital at 7AM and when new nurses came, they noticed something was wrong and was able to fix it. Worst hospital experience ever. Had the staff laugh at a patient experiencing a heart attack and made us wait in the waiting room. Extremely unprofessional staff don’t go here. 0/10

I came in for chest and heart pains; however, they openly told me that they would not treat me. I am in shock that the hospital could discriminate during this day and age. I’m at a loss of words. I waited over three hours for nothing only to leave with more severe heart pain.

IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS EMERGENCY DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ! MY GF HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING & HER EYES WERE DAMN NEAR SWOLLEN SHUT & THEY DIDNT GIVE ONE CARE IN THE WORLD !!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE DONT GO HERE ! DONT DO IT ! CHECK IN NURSES HAD ATTITUDES ! WATCHED US WALK OUT& DIDNT CARE TO SAY A WORD !!! JUST SAY YOUR TIME & GO STRAIGHT TO OCHSNER ON LAPALCO
