Waited 4.5 hours with my elderly mother and they still did not see her. They need to do better. I saw people very ill and they were leaving because they were not being attended. I saw about 5 people before us leave unattended. One lady had waited 8 hours when they finally called her. The staff were all very professional and polite.

Genuinely, the actual best ER I’ve ever been too. Mind you I didn’t have anything severe going on but it was enough to need them and they did not disappoint. I had the sweetest nurse and Dr. They did their best to get us in and out as quick as possible while also making sure I was taken care of to the fullest extent. It was 1 am but the night shift are absolutely amazing

Came to the ER with my 89 year old mother to be seen by a doctor. We have been in the waiting room for the last 5 hours and she has still not been seen. This is ridiculous. I will never use this hospital again.Any hospital with a wait like that is understaffed, underfunded, under resourced.Your quality of care directly correlates to wait time. Pitiful. One of the toilet seats in the ladies room is covered in blood. I reported this to staff hours ago. Hours later, it has not been cleaned. Disgusting, and a heath hazard.

At West Jefferson Hospital with my 89 year old mother who has the flu and is probably dehydrated and needs fluids. We have been waiting to be seen by a doctor for over 5 hours in the waiting room. THIS IS SO COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Any hospital that makes an ill person wait to be seen has that long had serious understaffing issues. West Jefferson Hospital is VERY disappointing. You may want to rethink WJ if you need urgent care.
