We have been waiting for 5 hours with my father who was sent here by his doctor with 5.4 hemoglobin, when i go to ask the receptionist, she said "ohh is by urgent cases basis" B.... he needs blood!!! Or he could have a stroke.. thats not an emergency????? I want to slap her but cant because of course there is security. DONT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband has been waiting to been seen for 7 hours. We finally got frustrated enough to ask the desk and were informed it would likely be another hour. An update on wait times would have been appreciated. Throughly disappointed in the communication.
You know I had stop going to West Jefferson years ago up until recently I had a accident and needed care theirs this nurse in The ER name Ashley she has been disrespectful on two occasions I feel like she targets me each time I come to West Jeff she has had allegations place in my medical chart which is not true I am the type of human that I’m gonna give you what you give me It’s so sad to feel like you need to feel uncomfortable if you are black when going to the hospital I made several phone calls to speak with this hospit... read more
Waited 4.5 hours with my elderly mother and they still did not see her. They need to do better. I saw people very ill and they were leaving because they were not being attended. I saw about 5 people before us leave unattended. One lady had waited 8 hours when they finally called her. The staff were all very professional and polite.
Genuinely, the actual best ER I’ve ever been too. Mind you I didn’t have anything severe going on but it was enough to need them and they did not disappoint. I had the sweetest nurse and Dr. They did their best to get us in and out as quick as possible while also making sure I was taken care of to the fullest extent. It was 1 am but the night shift are absolutely amazing
