Poor customer service from MRI dept at check in. I called the day before to ask about co payment etc, told to make a payment arrangement. I went on the portal and actually made arrangements and made a payment in the amount requested. Upon check in it was explained that I needed to pay $1800. The lady who explained was not the least bit compassionate , polite or sympathetic told me I needed to pay at least $500. Very disappointed as all service from WJ prior to her has been excellent. Came to get an ultrasound and ended up waiting almost two hours in the waiting room. If you’re going to overbook your patients like this, don’t tell them to arrive to their appointments with a full bladder only to make them wait an extra hour-plus. Give a more honest time frame. You should not be putting people seeking reproductive health care through that kind of anxiety and discomfort and put them at risk of getting a UTI.
