I had a fantastic experience with this dealer. Anthony was a gentleman to deal with, answered all my questions without the normal pressure by some salespeople to close the deal. I’d highly recommend him and this dealership. I ultimately bought a different model than I went there for.
The dealer responded in a timely manner and sent me the pictures I requested.
Found the car we were looking for on CarGurus, called to confirm it was still available and dealt with the Internet Manager. Set up an appointment and asked in advance what all of the fees were associated with the purchase. We drove 2 hours to buy the car and then agreed to a price and a trade evaluation. Dealer surprised us with extra fees and price changes in finance. This is in regards to the used cars on the lot. Wasnât concerned about the dvd players on the headrests not working. Said whether they worked or not was irrelevant. Wasnât able to come to agreement on a deal. Manager also said he hated the particular model that I was interested in on his lot because a lot of time is wasted on those customers who are fond of that particular model. Wonât consider this dealer again in the future.
