Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with they would not stand behind their warranty on my snowplow made me pay cash then they screwed up the repair I had to take a day off from work to go back and get it fixed right
Rex perry service sucks. They always say let me check on it and I’ll call you back. Never do tho and its been in there for two months. But the sales people call you repeatedly trying to sell u something. They don’t try to fix your auto but instead wanna sell you an auto. What a rip off
Never had a more disheartening experience trying to purchase a used vehicle from James at Linwood. Went to dealership with all intentions of purchasing a used Buick. My daughter and I were disrespected and told "this isn't the vehicle for you" because we looked over the car to pinpoint what was wrong with it to know exactly what we were buying. People here are nice. Sales manager is kind of pushy, but I get it..he's trying to sell a vehicle. The ONLY thing that I cannot stand is that they have 7-8k mark up on certain models where other GMC dealerships in the bay area are selling them at MSRP. ANY dealership that is adding the market adjustment deserves NO business.
Actually "padded" my bill! With a $48+ fee, which wasn't mentioned in the approved charges. They've always been excellent at advising me of all costs before work begins. When I complained to Kelsey, new girl who likes to "circle-back"; she indicated, "this is a Shop Charge Fee and it's something we include on all tickets. I purchased a CERTIFIED pre-owned vehicle from (CAVENDER BUICK GMC WEST) and with that certification comes a list of services and assurances, including a 172 point inspection and repairs of any items that do not conform to the inspection. I have a copy of that inspection form and after reading the list of items to be inspected and repaired, I found numerous items that were not inspected and or not addressed or repaired. I have had the worst time with Beck and Masten north on things I purchased during the buying of a truck I purchased 3 years ago. I purchased a extended warranty so when my transmission started having problems a year after purchase I felt like I was going to be alright because of the warranty but they said it would be a six week to three month wait for the transmission to be looked at and repaired so the warranty company recommended to find another shop and that worked out for me and I got my vehicle back in a short period of... read more
The cars don't have a warranty and they are over priced and don't show the damage to vehicle on pictures etc
