I moved in may of 2024! IT USED TO BE A PEACEFUL PLACE, since their letting in Section 8 ppl They've not been so good about vetting & background checks!!! COMPLETELY IGNORANT PPL loud music, ppl fighting and getting raided On top of that completely destroying the property itself!! "It will be my Last year here"

Awful. New management took over and never responds to anyone. Some guy in front clearly has issues and is always shouting. If it's not that it's people blasting music so loud you can hear it 2 units over through the paper thin walls. I CANNOT WAIT to move out of here and God help the poor person who moves in when I'm gone. Do yourself a favor and move to a slightly more expensive apartment, as a lot of the residents here lack basic decorum. Like I also said, management never responds either. At the moment it's awful. New management took over and never responds to anyone. Some guy in front clearly has issues and is a danger to everyone around him. Borderline unlivable. Completely avoid. Cops are here every weekend. It's a disaster.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. The new owners legacy NWI has destroyed the property. It used to be cared for and treated with care.. now its like a toxic relationship.. its abandoned,neglected and destroyed. They expect tenants to blow leafs and shovel snow. They have absolutely destroyed the property in 1 yr. They raise rent and refuse to give a damn about the property except to put up threatening signs.. My issue arent the threats. My issue is the absolute abandonment and lack of care.
