Unfortunately the old owners are gone, and the new owners do not seem to care about residents. Melissa kept this place nice, but now that she is gone, the riff raff is coming out. It's a nice location, but at this moment, no one really works here. Kinda pathetic tbh

I lived at West Jefferson Apartments for one year from 2017 through 2018. The only reason I moved, I bought a flipper house that I thought I could renovate and live in in my retirement. Unfortunately, I became ill and wasn’t able to flip the house. My experience at West Jefferson was always a good experience, the office is the maintenance staff was kind. Everyone was very helpful.
