I have taken my dog to several animal hospitals throughout her life (she is 16 yrs old). I was searching for an animal hospital who had a friendly office staff, knowledgeable and caring doctors and a fair price. I was thrilled to find West Jefferson Animal Hospital! Their staff and doctors compare to none. They are truly wonderful people who clearly have a passion for the well being of animals. The doctors and staff at this facility are some of the most caring and compassionate people (both for the pets they care for AND the pet parents who love them) that I have EVER experienced. They went so far above and beyond their 'jobs' and took time out of their personal lives to console a distraught customer. I am impressed beyond words.
