This is my first go-around with physical therapy and I can't say enough about the level of care at Lattimore West Irondequoit. During these times of Covid-19, they have sufficient protocols in place that make me feel very safe during my visits. The staff is extremely friendly, which I appreciate, and Rachel Weaver, my physical therapist, is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She has always answered all my questions, and I have probably more than the usual client. 5 star review!

I started off bringing my Dad here for his therapy and now I am here myself for my own. I can’t say enough how great these ladies are! The atmosphere and energy you feel is so welcoming.
I am so very pleased with Lattimore of West Irondequoit Physical Therapy. Rachael has been working with my arm pain and range of motion and I am seeing amazing results. I have so much more range of motion and movement since going here. Everyone there... Rachael, Lindsay and Michelle are all so friendly; it is a pleasure going there.
