I took my two indoor kitties to the West Innes Animal Hospital recently and am very pleased with the care both cats received. The Vets handled them with such care that both were unstressed. We have been taking cats, both domestic and feral, to the Salisbury Animal Hospital for 38 years and have never been disappointed. I am so grateful that we have these experienced, compassionate veterinarians in Salisbury!
I just switched vets because the one I went to for years did not have a safe covid system set up. West Innes Animal Hospital has a great, safe system. That was a big plus, but Dr. Michael Miller was so very thorough in discussing my dog's situation after her visit, I wish I had been going there before now. I've heard rave reviews about both him and his wife and they are true. Everyone I've encountered there has been very pleasant and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough!
The best animal hospital ever! I recently moved and will still drive to Salisbury for my dogs visits because...well, they care. Like really care. And they listen.
The best animal hospital I’ve been to!
Both Dr Millers are awesome people! My boy has come to see both of them. He was just diagnosed with Lymphoma cancer and them and the staff have been so caring and very knowledgeable about what to expect next! The next few months will be tough as we will be bringing him back in in awhile to help him cross the rainbow bridge but I have no doubt in my mind we will get the best care possible during this time! Thank You West innes animal hospital!! Highly recommended!!
Always friendly & helpful
Today we had to put our dog down and it was by far the hardest decision we ever had to make. I was overwhelmed with how professional and caring the staff was throughout the entire process and how understanding they were. Dr.Miller was amazing and she assured us that we were making the right decision. Dr.Miller and staff has a huge love for animals and I am thankful for them.
