They claim shipping will be quick and won’t take long, but it has now been 20 days with no delivery. On top of that, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $18 after already paying for shipping, with no prior notice or disclaimer on the website stating this would be required before my items could ship. We are long time Subaru owners and have purchased multiple cars over the years. Recently went in to the dealer service center for some car issues. Staff was professional but unhelpful with fixing the car. Car battery died on the road. I brought the car in, paid $900 to get it checked out, and was told it was fine. I specifically told them the problem and my concern about the battery but they did not address the concern. Car died again 1 week later.
