Excellent parts department representative.
Don't bother calling this idiot. They never answers their phone. Numerous transfer and multiple voicemail over the last 3 days. They will not answer or call you back. If you have business with them to order part, you have to go in. I will not be dealing with this particular Hyindai location anymore for this reason. Useless people.

Calling parts and service for a 2022 Sonata and they won't answer their phones for days and trying to order a part. This is part of their operations and revenue. A clear representation of the breakdown in their ops and clearly how they handle repairs to their vehicles they sell. Not even worthy of 1 star!!! Horrible customer service!!
