Made an appointment to test drive a car this morning. We had made the appointment the day before and someone called to confirm. We arrived on time with a check ready to buy the car if we liked it. We were asked by the salesperson to wait while he got the car (if we had an appointment to see that specific car we weren't sure why it wasn't outside waiting for us.).
