I have been a patient at West Houston Eye for the last 5 years and it was kind of "love at first sight" experience from all the team that works there. I started out with Dr. Rhodes and then passed on to Dr. Bagwell. From the friendly staff to technicians and Dr. Bagwell's team, all are very committed and dedicated on their jobs. I totally recommend to anyone seeking eye examination and much more.

The exact opposite of what you would typically expect from a first time visit. Wait time was zero, all the tests were performed on the spot and reviewed by Dr. Bagwell shortly thereafter. Everything was explained to me in layman terms and I could not be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend that you pay her a visit.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The eye techs and Dr. Bagwell were professional and efficient. Dr. Bagwell took the time to explain everything she was doing as well as all of my results. The office is convenient to get to. Parking is a breeze. It was easy to find an appointment time. They have plenty of frames on the premises and a specialist to help you find the perfect glasses and explain all the options.
The very best eye care in all Houston! Good diagnostics, great remedies, can't say enough. 5 star for sure.
