Dr. Tracy Clark and his staff are the best. Easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Clark and Mercy, his assistant, are funny and have great camaraderie and bedside manner to make the patient feel very at ease. I felt absolutely nothing with my root canal with him on my lower right rear molar. Two painless visits and I was fixed. Dr. Clark followed up with me after each appointment to make sure I was doing ok and was always available if I had questions. I am a Dental-Phobe and was completely at ease in their office. I can't even begin to say how wonderfully helpful every single person at West Houston Endodontics was. I'm on a stupid insurance plan (who isn't, right?) and I don't have a ton of money in my pocket to shell out for the root canal I badly needed. They worked with me and FOR me to get me the help I needed. They treated me like one of their own facing an emergency and everyone dropped what they were doing to help ME. I am blown away. I took my Mom today for a root canal at West Houston Endodontics and I have to say it was a great experience. Dr. Clark, Sherry, Jessica and Mercy were so sweet and kind and caring and professional. Is it fun to get a root canal, not at all, but because of the care and concern it made the experience one of the best that I or my Mom have ever seen or had in a dental office. I hope no one ever has to have a root canal, but if you do go to these folks. They are top notch.
Had root canal today. Dr. Clark and his staff are wonderful. I appreciate their "bedside"...or shall I say..."dental chair" manner and all they did to keep me at ease.
Dr.Tracy Clark and his staff are fabulous!! The level of care provided actually rates as TEN STARS!! This was my first experience as an endodontic patient. I have been in the dental profession for over 30 years and have aided in referring to various Endodontists-- HOWEVER--none as professional, painless, and compassionate--and did I mention FUNNY--? !!! I went in feeling scared and upset and everyone went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. Dr. Clark was so patient and understanding and made sure i was okay. It was obvious he cares about his patients and wants them to be happy. Thank you!!!
