Great hotel in a great location! Close to Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, and Circular Quay. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and an impressive shower. I booked a room with breakfast, which turned out to be one of the best I’ve had. Great value for money. The hotel staff were very accommodating, allowing early check-in and hassle-free luggage storage. Overall, a great experience.

First time to stay. The lady at the front desk was so helpful to check in. The staff at breakfast was also very kind to explain. This hotel is a bit of small and doesn’t have lounge, but all the members I met were very helpful. I felt warmly welcomed. Will come back

While Hilton reputation is never an issue, this Hilton related hotel certainly deserves consideration as a slightly less expensive option, in line with the business hotel concept, providing limited features but of high standards. The check in was friendly and efficient. The staff provided useful tips for good eating locations in the neighborhood. The rooms were well appointed, ok for our family of 5, including 3 young adults. The location in Sydney CBD allowed to reach all the must-see points of interest at walking distance.... read more

I recently stayed at the West Hotel Sydney by Hilton for two nights and had such an amazing experience. While my room didn’t have a big fridge or a water view, everything else more than made up for it! The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable and those pillows? I seriously need to find out where to get them for home! Any time I had a question or issue, the staff were so quick, kind and helpful.
