Well located and well maintained with helpful staff. Just avoid ground floor rooms.
Das West Hotel liegt sehr gut gelegen, nahe Darling Harbour und Bus- und Bahnverbindungen. Leider scheint am Service gespart zu werden, sodass für viele Tätigkeiten viel zu wenige Mitarbeiter vorhanden sind. Die Reinigung beispielsweise startet früh, aber bis die armen Mitarbeiter durch sind, ist es meistens schon Nachmittag. So kommt es oft zu Überschneidungen, wenn man sich zwischendurch ausruhen oder umziehen möchte. Rooms are clean, check in is smooth as well. Overall not a bad experience except for 1 day, the housekeeping wasn’t done. bummer… Hotel is also not near to tram line so not super convenient. And hotel breakfast was very basic compared to other hiltons that I been to.
