Rooms are nice, fresh and new. Hotel is good a for central Sydney CBD. Breakfast is well stocked. Down side is the gym is really bad. It’s like a bedroom that’s been converted. Anymore than 2 people in there and it feels overcrowded. The floor tiles under the weights are loose and keep moving and it’s just really poor and cheap for a Hilton. They are better off offering discounted or free membership to one of the local gyms as this one is a waste of time.

We deliberately chose a Hilton property—and thus a higher price point—expecting a baseline level of amenities that would ensure our vacation remained perfect. We understand that reception staff eventually adapt to the demeanor of their typical clientele (business travelers); in our own professional lives, we are accustomed to minimal friendliness and maximum reserve. We held our corporate product launch event at West Hotel Sydney, and from the very first site visit, the team was outstanding. During our initial site recce, the staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, taking the time to walk us through the different spaces and answer all our questions. Once we had finished, they even invited us to sit down and enjoy a drink. It was such a simple gesture, but it really stood out. At that moment, we knew this was the hotel we wanted to work with. De tr�s loin le meilleur h�tel dans lequel j'ai s�journ�. La chambre �tait tr�s propre et surtout le calme dans l'h�tel est un bonheur il n'y a aucun bruit. Le personnel est tr�s aimable et l'h�tel est a proximit� du centre de Sydney. Le restaurant en bas de l'h�tel est juste un r�gal. Je le recommande sans h�siter et je r�serverai � nouveau l� si je retourne � Sydney. J'ai pass� un s�jour incroyable merci au personnel et femme de chambre

We stayed at West Hotel Sydney for four nights, choosing it mainly for its convenient location and modern rooms as the perfect way to conclude our trip to Australia. Our expectations were exceeded! The staff were polite, attentive and genuinely welcoming from beginning to end, both by email before our stay and at reception. We were also given some lovely thoughtful touches to celebrate our wedding anniversary (including an upgrade!), which we truly appreciated!
