Had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Ash Maltz for accupuncture. I told her I have been feeling anxious and a little depressed lately. She was so gentle and soothing. She had lovely soothing music playing and fabulous essential oils diffusing. She practiced deep breathing with me, then did accupunture on me. I felt so relaxed when I left.....today I feel fabulous! Thanks Dr. Maltz!
