Anyone giving more than 1 star has to work for them cuz there's just no way. Management is a joke of a mess, and building is full of mold, black, white, green, you name it, and the place is falling apart.
Manager posts notice with number, never answers, never calls you back, then get an attitude if you run into the path of her car AFTER SHE IGNORES YOU, and acts like you're lying when you state how you have both called, and gone to the other office they claim they are staying at. Everything, EVERYTHING, in these buildings is covered in mold, you can see it,and taste it in the air.
They need to hire a manager, to do the job. Maintenance to maintain the apartments. While it's understandable for the need to use jackhammers, why do they move some residents for their convenience and expose others to the horrendous noise, especially ones that have to sleep during the day, because they work all night. Looking for an apartment? Look elsewhere these apartments are a slumlords dream.

I have paid rent on time and never had a problem until they decided to use two jackhammers under my apartment, while they moved out the rest of the neighbors and paid to have them moved, they are just harrassing us to get us to leave, they file false violations notices, and took our assigned parking spot for their contractors.
