Massage therapist nice and professional. Recommend.
Rude front desk. Misleading advertisement, it’s not an Urgent Care. My kid hurt her finger at school, we needed an X-ray, my gps brought us to this closest urgent care. When I walked in and asked the front desk if they had an X-ray, she said no. On my question why they have an urgent care sign on the building but it’s a salon, she became extremely rude. I don’t recommend
Everyone here is extremely nice and pricing is unbeatable in the area! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good medspa, I always have a great experience when I come in.
They are under new ownership and my experience here was so amazing! The front desk staff is so sweet and knowledgeable. I got Juvederm with Helen and she did an amazing job! Pricing was great as well!
This was my third time coming to West Hills Urgent Care & Med Spa and I am so grateful for their amazing staff! They have recently had a complete change in management and staff, and the new management has definitely made great changes so far. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to go somewhere and treat themselves! I have come here for Laser hair removal, as well as Vampire facial (which is microneedling) and my skin feels so much more youthful and smooth now than ever before.
