Worst ever. If you expect this business to conduct there paperwork handling in a responsible manner - forget about it. I purchased a vehicle 2nd week in may and it took them until June 14 to process the title to send to my state. Two weeks later my state tells me there was no title sent. I investigate and discover the title clerk forgot and was sending the title out overnight Fedex to the DMV. Great until I learn my DMV take 2-3 weeks to process incoming mail. Now it is July.
