The lack of transparency and communication in this place is horrible. I have as scheduled for a warranty service. I got in and they said the warranty was expired. This would have been helpful to know before I wasted my time to come here and not have the required work done. I had talked to 3 people who pulled up the vehicle info and none of them told me it was expired. But they didn’t to sell me a vehicle since I was here. This is the 2nd bad experience here and the first was very similar.
Huge shoutout to Harrison and Jordan for helping me get into my Jeep! From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Super knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and genuinely cared about getting me into something that fit my needs perfectly.
When I first came in to this location, it was to have my previous car looked at to find out what exactly was wrong with it. But after realizing that there were more problems for me to deal with that it was worth, the staff here helped me to find a car that fit my needs and expectations for what I needed from a vehicle. Disappointed. Car was great well maintained but when we looked at fluids next day after driving it off the lot we told them there was barley any oil in there and they proceeded to make the most dumbest excuse of that the car was on a hill now we also saw the 2 rear tires were low on tread but we were even more annoyed when the cars wires in the tire were showing just 4 days after purchasing.
