Our family has got three vehicles from Westhills and we have regrets with each one. It has been frustrating feeling consistently misled. I recognize its business and fully aware their objective is to make as much money as they can from us however the lack of integrity is unbelievable. We will travel further next time we are in the market for a vehicle and we definitely do not recommend anyone do business there. It's been one terrible experience after another.
We dealt with a sales person Liss and she was amazing the issue comes when we purchased 2 cars we added the perma coat for the clear coat and an inside leather protection. After we purchased the cars the finance person told us we needed to call to set up a time to have these extras added. It's been 2 months and we have nothing but a run around. One person says call this person, then another person says call this person. This has been so frustrating.
