We dealt with a sales person Liss and she was amazing the issue comes when we purchased 2 cars we added the perma coat for the clear coat and an inside leather protection. After we purchased the cars the finance person told us we needed to call to set up a time to have these extras added. It's been 2 months and we have nothing but a run around. One person says call this person, then another person says call this person. This has been so frustrating.
