Management is OK, Sharpline has been making more improvements as of 2024. Apartments still in poor conditions, especially those in the basement. The apartments are big. Rent was raised too dramatically after first year so had to leave.
The apartment is located at a great location and you get a lot of green space around you. However, the current management has been horrendous, they would shut off water every now and then without any notice and then you would be stuck on for hours without water. During the season's first blizzard, they didn't clear any of the pathways so people had to shovel the kerbs themselves. Overall I would rate it a 5 for location and 0.5 for management.
I am staying here and the recent manager talks rudely. For example: He I called the individual to know about the pesticide impact on children and he replied “ until you lick and swallow, nothing would happen”. Who would lick pesticide? I was asking about the inhalation. As I have a newborn and I was concerned as a mom. Also, the manager told me that I will have to let the pest controller enter the apartment.
