The apartment is located at a great location and you get a lot of green space around you. However, the current management has been horrendous, they would shut off water every now and then without any notice and then you would be stuck on for hours without water. During the season's first blizzard, they didn't clear any of the pathways so people had to shovel the kerbs themselves. Overall I would rate it a 5 for location and 0.5 for management.
My son is a sophomore at Ku and has lived here last two years. His unit was totally renovated and is beautiful. They have made so many improvements to the whole complex. Great location!
UPDATE: 8/3/24 I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this apartment complex. My water has been shut off for an extended period, and despite repeated attempts, I have not received any response from maintenance regarding an estimated time for resolution. To make matters worse, because the water bill is included in my rent, I have no direct contact with the water company to address the issue myself. Additionally, my sink has been clogged for over a week, and no plumber has been dispatched to fix it. The lack of direct... read more
I had a wonderful experience living here. Sadly I had to move back home to continue schooling but they made it super easy on me! They are wonderful precessionals who care about the best for there tenants. I definitely suggest to look into these apartments when moving to lawrence KS!!
