Really felt taken care of. LOVE the new car and our salesman Javon. He went above and beyond to explain everything to us and show us the car in detail and didn’t pressure us and really listened to our needs. Made the trade in super easy and handled everything at his desk with us from paperwork to insurance to paying off the trade ins existing loan with another company. The process was really easy and fairly quick. The manager even introduced himself to us. Overall a 10/10 experience with both Javon and the dealership.
10/10 service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I had three different people working to get me a car that was within my specifications. They stayed open late and they delivered my car to me while I was at work. The whole process was made easy by the team at west herr, I would definitely buy again from here!
