I have mixed feelings about my auto purchase experience with West Herr Canandaigua. Before the sale, the team was helpful and responsive, and scheduling a test drive was easy. They also fixed a dent in the hood before delivery. However, the car wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as I expected, and after multiple calls and messages requesting the promised detail, no one followed up. Easiest car I’ve ever bought. Tyler brought the vehicle to my job for a test drive on a Friday and I drove off the lot with it on Saturday. When I showed up to the dealer everything was ready and the car was sitting out front, signed a few papers and drove away. Recently I had been considering getting a new car. I looked around to see what was available in what I wanted (RAV4 Prime) and was led to West Herr Canandaigua. As a long time service West Herr customer on the West side (W. Ridge Rd) I didn’t hesitate and then realized that I had purchased my prior car at this location when it was LeBrun (2012), also drawn there because they had the car I wanted (2008 RAV4, 6 cyl Limited).
