We had a great experience at West Herr Toyota. Josh, our Sales rep was very knowledgeable about the cars and proffesional. We never felt pressured to make a decision about a car. The staff at West Herr were respectfull and courteous with each other regardless of position. Always the sign of a well run organization in my opinion.

AAA+++ Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They spent time finding me the car that I wanted with the added extras and in the rare color that I wanted. They kept me informed and delivered the vehicle ahead of the estimated delivery date.
