Great service department! Friendly and professional! NYS Inspection and multi point inspection with video all for $10! Vehicle was done at promised time. Made an appointment for future routine service at the same time!
Was able to walk in w/o an appointment for an oil change.Cole recognized me and took care of the everything right away. The prices at the dealership are high compared to the mom-n-pop shop but the atmosphere and customer service is top notch.
Had bodyside mounding installed on my 2026 Forester, they checked on a recall and asked him to bring the air pressure down to specs, all tires were 40+ psi new I asked twice about the tires pressure, as I drove home, I checked them, that issue was never addressed and using your service dept. for the 1st time that didn't set well with me.
Cole was amazing , told him about the issue and he was fast to make an appointment to fix it .
