I had a great experience with West Herr Subaru of Lockport. My Subaru was having an issue and they got me right in. They were very thorough with their inspection of my vehicle and were able to fix our issue quickly and honored the extended warranty for that part. They also replaced our tires and did a few other things too. They communicated beautifully with us and there were no surprise costs when it came time to pay. They were upfront about everything. Recently I purchased a new Subaru Forester from Trevon at West-Herr Subaru of Lockport. Trevon made the car buying experience very easy. We were able to quickly come to a reasonable out-the-door price over the phone. When I went in to do the paperwork there were no unnecessary add-ones at this dealership! The rest of the process was smooth. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous & nice; and the facility is very clean & inviting!
We referred our friends to West Herr of Subaru while they were visiting Buffalo on a road trip. When they arrived from a long drive their Subaru was having an oil issue. Michael from the Service Department was so helpful. He communicated accurate timing and information about the repair as well as parts availability. He helped them understand what was critical / safety related, vs. what could wait until they were back home.
