Brought my truck in on a Thursday right before a holiday weekend was told Thursday evening that they couldn't reproduce the problem and would like to keep the vehicle a little longer, which I was ok with as I didn't need it over the weekend. Unnecessary maintenance recommended @ $1100 Car brought in due to front end noise when turning. Advised that noise was coming from brakes; pads + rotors needed to be replaced. History: pads and rotors were replaced 10k miles ago by me personally Given history, declined service and brought the vehicle home, removed wheels and pads to learn brakes have a ton of life left. I came to Westherr Nissan to check out the Kicks. I was not impressed with the over pricing of such a poorly made suv. For 27 grand and up there are much better offers out there. Sportage to name one. And of course the low ball trade offer was in play. Not even close to their competition who was thousands more. Have tried 3x to reschedule app no call back. I went deal with in person needed a 3rd party contractor to work said would call with appointment and yet I hear crickets. Now forced to go again and not leave til I get a appointment date. So frustrating. Service dept get D, it's unfortunate cause sales dept rocks.
