West Herr Nissan Lockport service department has done it again! The last couple of weeks we've had a trifecta - my oldest daughter's car, my youngest daughter's car, and my car. Chad, the service department manager, is always on top of things and always accommodates us. I wouldn't take my vehicles any place else to have them serviced. Not only do they fix the repairs I'm in for, they alert me to potentially issues. That gives me tremendous piece of mind knowing that my daughter's vehicles are safe and reliable. West Herr Lockport Nissan is one of the best around. They were able to fit me in quickly assess, repair, and get me back on the road in no time. I am amazed at how quickly they got parts in, same day and the instal was fast. They walked me through everything explained clearly and made sure I was satisfied when I walked out the door.

I had some problems with the diagnostics of Check Engine Soon codes, and they performed perfect job, along the way the found a big problem with my caliper brake hose and accommodated my further suggestions how to proceed. Thank you!
