Ruby here. Had my car serviced in Thursday at West Herr Nissan, Lockport. I come here regularly as they are very efficient, respectful, get the job done and keep me informed. Patricia was the service rep on this visit. I give her five stars.
We recently bought a 25 Nissan Pathfinder from West Herr Nissan Lockport. We worked directly with John Madden a.k.a. Coach and Brian. They were incredibly helpful, empathetic, and worked with us to get the best deal on a family vehicle we needed. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through them and have no plans on going anywhere else in the future!
