I came to google to update this as they didn’t tighten my drain plug resulting in a leak that was just discovered so I am reposting the initial review as well as the updates below. I went here in 2021 to have my transmission fluid changed in my 2009 Infiniti FX50 and the fluid level was supposed to be set to the proper level (using dealer consult scan tool to ensure proper fill level at warmup temperature) during the service at that time. Bought a used 2018 Infiniti Q50S. Took it to these guys to get it looked over just to make sure everything was okay with it. They were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle and found two wheels were severely dented and had been moved to the back so I wouldn't notice.
