I came to google to update this as they didn’t tighten my drain plug resulting in a leak that was just discovered so I am reposting the initial review as well as the updates below. I went here in 2021 to have my transmission fluid changed in my 2009 Infiniti FX50 and the fluid level was supposed to be set to the proper level (using dealer consult scan tool to ensure proper fill level at warmup temperature) during the service at that time.
