Bought a ******** 3/1 of 2024...I tried to return the vehicle a week later because of transmission issues and electric issue only to be told they'd fix it...A month later after 2 failed attempts, I had to take the ******** to another ***** dealer where they told me the transmission was no good..After putting down 10K on car with several issues, they made no attempt to correct the issues and I was told i couldn't be refunded...I would never purchase a vehicle from ever again! Customer service was a 0/10

Purchased a 2020 ********** was told new brakes and rotors were put on vehicle before we purchased it . I have not had the vehicle for even a year and they need to be replaced Mechanic told me at west Herr ****** that the rear rotators were just turned down and too much and that is why they were warped and need to be replaced. I originally brought my car in to get a shift cable replaced. The original service I got was fine and I was happy with it only taking a week after my warranty claim was approved for them to replace it and give it back to me. 2 days after I got my car back my engine light came on. I didn't think much of it and just figured "Hey things happen". I brought it back to West Herr and another 2 weeks goes by and they give it back to me. My husband is a current West Herr customer 2022. Since his experience was fine (Thank you Dave S.), we decided to buy my new car through this dealership as well. Unfortunately, all West Herr Locations are not the same at all. Don't let the Josh Al***/Steve T***** commercials fool you. We give the Williamsville Hyundai Dealership 0 of 5 stars. Very, dissatisfied. Would’nt, recommend to go there to look for a vehicle. My, Husband told them a set price for my Son. Joe, found a car in my Son’s price range. Then, when we went there raised the price. My, Husband would’nt have taken it out for a test ride if the price was’nt right. Joe, lied to us. Took, advantage of us. Trying, to make a sale. Don’t, trust them. Wouldn’t, advise anyone to go there.
