Ron, the service advisor, provided excellent service. The appointment scheduling was straightforward, and there were no attempts to upsell unnecessary services. The convenient location minimized traffic-related delays.
I recently brought my car to West Herr Express for tire and rim repairs under warranty. I dropped off my vehicle, and they contacted the insurance company, which approved the claim. They assured me they would reach out to schedule the repairs, but they never did. Despite following up more than four times, they still failed to schedule the repairs, wasting over four weeks of my time waiting.
