Another excellent experience. Called and made an appointment for simple oil change, rotation, and inspection. Alex C. Got me right in for the following week. They were quick, efficient, and presented great customer service. I will continue to bring mine and my wife’s vehicles here for service.
They took care of me quickly and efficiently. The manager explained everything to me, and the waiting area was clean and loaded with magazines, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend West Herr express.
West Herr always does a great job with vehicle. The technicians are very knowledgeable and the management Supervisor CoCo is amazing and is always available to answer any questions.
I had a great experience here on Monday. They were the only service center who were able to get me in on short notice and I really appreciate it. Alex C was so incredibly helpful and the entire team was kind, efficient, and had me in and out within a few hours. I would highly recommend!
Stopped in for an oil change because of the big “no appointment needed” “walk ins welcomed” signed and was told there was no way to get in without an appointment. They are simple to busy while all the bays are empty and no one in the waiting room. Very disappointing
