Stopped in for an oil change because of the big “no appointment needed” “walk ins welcomed” signed and was told there was no way to get in without an appointment. They are simple to busy while all the bays are empty and no one in the waiting room. Very disappointing
Disappointed in the lack of timely manor it took for them to tell me all of my tires need to be replaced when I was there about 1 tire. People have places to go and I even told then I only have an hour at most. I was late to pick my child up from pre k. So now I'm about to be charged for care for the entire day because they couldn't do their job. What was the point of the texts to keep you updated....I was even right there to communicate with.
