Ron, the service advisor, provided excellent service. The appointment scheduling was straightforward, and there were no attempts to upsell unnecessary services. The convenient location minimized traffic-related delays.

I recently brought my car to West Herr Express for tire and rim repairs under warranty. I dropped off my vehicle, and they contacted the insurance company, which approved the claim. They assured me they would reach out to schedule the repairs, but they never did. Despite following up more than four times, they still failed to schedule the repairs, wasting over four weeks of my time waiting. Extremely poor customer service and very slow! I had an early morning appointment for a car inspection and was there almost 2 hours! They told me my passenger side windshield wiper would not pass inspection and I had to replace it. I asked to see it and the employee told me "it's probably in the garbage by now" and they couldn't show me. Nothing was wrong with my wiper blade before going there. I was forced to pay $30 for a new wiper blade to pass inspection. Paid $56.05 total for car inspection, new wiper blade, plus labor.... read more
