great service! we've purchased 4 cars from west herr dodge over the years. I recently needed the NYS inspection. I called and they were able to take me in that same day. They gave me a ride to work and even picked me up later in the day. They have competent staff and are alwyas friendly and helpful....my car was even cleaned when I picked it up. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Great Service, I love these guys. We were getting ready to go on vacation when our engine lite came on.. West Herr Dodge, took is right in and corrected the problem while we waited and drank their free coffee. They even gave the kids toys to keep.
