I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!
They were great. Thomas continued to do everything possible to help me even though I was less than pleasant more than once over the phone. He even went to bat with insurance for me.

The team at WH collaborated with the Progressive adjusters to access total damages incurred from a rearended accident to my Nissan Frontier SV Truck on March 11, 2026.
