They do good work. All the representatives were very nice.
Unfortunately, this is a sad situation. My car has been at West Herr Collision on Transit Road in Lockport since July 21 for some service work. I am very disappointed in their service timing.
Very efficient, and excellent work! Kept me updated at every step of the way. Car was completed a week before the date they had originally said (I assume that is common to give the collision workers time in case unexpected issues arise.) They work with my insurance without any problems.
