My people interactions were all great. However, I wasn’t thrilled that not all the bolts on the driver side running boards were tight. About six were less than finger tight. Not a problem for me, but it could have been for someone else. Also, I was told the job would be billed for one hour, but it 1.5 so a hundred bucks more plus tax than anticipated. It probably would have taken me longer so I’m ok with it.
The facility is modern and inviting. The staff was efficient, kind and friendly. The experience was wonderful.
Brian at West Herr is awesome! He keeps you up to date on every step of the vehicle trouble and what needs to happen to get repaired. Knowing they were keeping the vehicle a while, he made it very easy to get a rental car so we would not be inconvenienced. Very pleasant to deal with. I had dealt with Brian last time and he was just as pleasant as well. I would not hesitate to have my vehicle work done there with Brian in charge. He is an asset for the dealership service department. 10 stars!
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
