West Herr is rapidly becoming my go to place for just about everything having to do with servicing my vehicles, even non-Chevrolet vehicles. Their information is accurate, they don’t try to upsell me, and I know everything is done right. I’ve stopped using the bargain stores for oil changes, inspections and tires and such because of the peace of mind I get when I go to West Herr.
Always brought my trucks here for service , I have always had great experience. This last time it seemed very rushed and didn’t have time to answer questions I had . Then I noticed my door be it that it is very small , it had a dent on it from post on lift I thought it was just grease, but nope it’s a dent in a brand new truck. More than likely my last visit to this dealer.
AFTER A ROUGH START SEAN REALLY PULLED EVERYTHING TOGETHER TO GET ME DOWN THE ROAD.
I recently had my 2020 Equinox in for service. It was towed in and I was told it was considered an "Emergency Drop" and as such they would have to fit it in when they can, in between scheduled repairs. They still had me out of there within the week. Besides that, the customer service is top notch. I never had to wonder what the status was and I never had to call them. They followed up with me at least once a day, even if it was just to say they did not get to me that day yet. I would recommend very highly.
