Went in today for some routine car stuff and ended up with a lot of unexpected repairs to get done. But this is a positive review! First of all, they've been very thorough every time I've gone in, and this time was no different. Most important to me, though, is that Jen (Service Assistant) was very kind, helpful, and empathetic.
