My wife and I works with Michael and he was excellent sales person. I talk my wife when we got home on Saturday after buying a car and said it was the "best experience I have ever had buying a car."As we all know some dealers make it very stressful. They were very transparent with the pricing and help get me the deal I needed. They even found the car I wanted and delivered to me. Michael was a pleaser to work with. Was hung up on by Anita after I asked "my vehicle has been there for 8 hours and we don't know what's wrong?" A legitimate question. Very unprofessional. Jen was good checking me in. Tech never called with an update after having my truck for 8 hours. Service manager Frank was very good at trying to resolve the conflict. However after having my vehicle for 10 hours mechanical issue still wasn't resolved.
