We were traveling to Massachusetts and our truck broke down. Justin in maintenance did an awesome job getting our truck in and fixed. Eric gave us a reasonable appraisal, so we decided to trade trucks. We then met with Aaron Loganathan. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Aaron even came in on his day off to finalize everything.
My salesman, Taylor Bentzoni was beyond expectations. By far the best car buying experience thus far. Coming from Syracuse hauling all the way to Rochester area is tough buying a car 2 hours away. Taylor was on top of everything! Highly recommend.
Took my Mazda 6 in for a Oil Change and everyone was very pleasant and socialable... They told me an hour... Was out in 30-45 minutes
I brought my Trax in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and everyone is always so nice and pleasant. I was in and out within a half hour and they have never been high pressure in trying to sell me into something my car didn't need.
