I worked with Karen Herniak and it took me 5 months to find the vehicle I wanted and she was so sweet and gracious every step of the way. No pressure, got the cars I wanted to test drive to the Hamburg Dealership and was so patient. No pressure but she had answers to all my questions and worked to get me a great deal.
