I called on Saturday 11/23 and made an appointment with Michael for Wednesday 11/26 at 2:30. When we arrived we were told Michael went home sick, so Paulette would be working with us. None of the cars we had texted Michael to have available for us to look at were on site. We had an amazing experience last year when we purchased my husband's truck. Not happy with this year's experience and will never use them again.
