Our AC went out on a Saturday and I was desperate and with kids aT home and called AB May. AB May was more interested on a big ticket sale than taking care of our family. My home warranty sent the service call to West. Wayne and son said my furnace and coils were improperly installed causing the 13 yr old a/c unit's compressor to go out, tried to up charge $4-10k for furnace and/or ductwork to have the warranty cover the A/C unit, threatened "if I tell the warranty company, they won't cover the ac". They installed a hard start kit which lasted less than a week. Three licensed contractor friends came and reassured his diagnosis was incorrect, just needed new compressor or unit.
